Home Maintenance – What condition is your home in?
We all get a service on our car to keep it in running order and avoid significant damage?
The same goes for your home.
The goal is to avoid significant damage which equates to costly repair. By having regular inspections you can hopefully avoid significant damage costs that your insurance company may not cover.
It is our recommendation that inspections be undertaken on an annual schedule. After the first inspection you get us back once a year to inspect and report on any visual damage that may have become evident. Some insignificant damage if not noticed can evolve into something much more costly.
Just as my mechanic used to do for me, he let me know about the potential issues but in the end it was my choice of what I wanted to do. It empowered me to make good choices.
With the right information you can make the right choices and ensure you make the most of your time in your home.

New Home, Addition or Renovation
Is your home construction going the way it should go?
The goal of our building inspections is to provide the home owner with peace of mind that the builder and his sub-contractors are doing a satisfactory job. This does not take away from the builder any of his responsibility to perform his role as the principle contractor.
Our role is to be the home owners eyes and ears from the technical perspective.
Having a home built should be a pleasure and if that is not your experience, call or email regarding your concern.
